Orla brings strong academic credentials to the team, having obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University. Eamonn specialises in complex corporate transactions, delivering pragmatic, outcome-driven legal advice grounded in a deep understanding of commercial realities. His extensive experience includes leading business acquisitions and disposals across a wide range of sectors, including insurance brokerages, pharmacies and healthcare-related practices such as veterinary, dental, and GP businesses.
Emma McCaul, who has been advising clients for over nine years, works closely with business owners, directors and stakeholders to deliver clear, commercially focused legal solutions. Emma is recognised for her ability to guide clients through both day-to-day commercial matters and strategic transactions with clarity and precision.
