We are Hiring: Conveyancing Solicitor

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To manage a portfolio of clients and cases in a busy practice with particular focus on the following areas:

PQE – key areas of work – provision of expert legal advice and services in:

• Private Client

• Residential property transactions and Conveyancing.

• Wills and Probate

• Some work with Office of Care and Protection

• Some Commercial Matters - Share Sale - Asset Purchases - Company Restructuring.

OTHER

• To develop effective professional relationships with clients.

• To respond to general/external enquiries if required.

• Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant professional areas in private client work

• To onboard new clients

• To carry out any other related duties that may reasonably be required.

Overview: Essential skills and experience:

• Minimum 3+ years PQE

• Working successfully in a busy environment

• Up to date with key developments in private client law and regulation

• Excellent file management skills

• Excellent collaborative working skills

• Strong time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills with ability to self-motivate to

ensure task completion.

Note: Full clean driver license and access to own vehicle required.
