P.A.Duffy Solicitors at Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU)

Mr Conal McGarrity and Mr Enda McGarrity of P.A.Duffy & Company Solicitors, together with Mr Ronan Lavery QC and Mr Malachy McGowan BL are currently at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg for an Appeal Hearing.  It is an absolute privilege for all to attend what could possibly be the last UK case heard in this Court.
