Covid Bereaved Families for Justice NI

Client Questionnaire

We act for Covid Bereaved Families for Justice NI who are a branch of the wider Covid Bereaved Families for Justice UK group. Each member of this group has suffered a bereavement during the Covid-19 pandemic, and they are collectively seeking a full statutory public inquiry in Northern Ireland.

Our clients are seeking a public inquiry in order to:

  1. Establish the facts of what happened during the pandemic;
  2. Allow learning from events and prevent a reoccurrence;
  3. Provide catharsis and improve understanding of what happened;
  4. Offer reassurance and rebuild public confidence;
  5. Provide accountability.

If you have lost a loved one due to Covid-19 you may be entitled to participate in a public inquiry. If you are interested in participating in the proposed inq, please fill in the questionnaire below and a member of our team will contact you to discuss this further.

Our client is Covid Bereaved Families for Justice (the group). We are acting on a pro bono basis which means that we will not look to the group or any member of the group for payment of our legal fees.

If you have any further queries you are welcome to contact us via email or telephone to enda@paduffy.com and 02887722102.
