Dungannon-based P.A. Duffy & Co. Solicitors has announced the appointment of Conal McGarrity as one of the firm’s directors.
Mr McGarrity is now, the firm says, the youngest director of a legal firm in Ireland.
He specialises in human rights, children’s rights, judicial review and medical negligence.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr McGarrity told Irish Legal News: “I am delighted to be joining Kieran Quinn as a Director at PA Duffy.
“I see this as an opportunity to advance a radical and progressive agenda within and without PA Duffy and to establish the firm as the leading All-Ireland legal firm within a relatively short period.”
