Aoibhinn Killeen

Aoibhinn Killeen is a Solicitor in the Property Law team at P.A. Duffy & Co, advising individuals, families and businesses on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters.

Aoibhinn completed a Bachelor of Civil Law at University College Cork, graduating in 2014, and qualified as a Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland in 2018. She also holds a Northern Ireland Solicitors Practising Certificate, enabling her to advise on property matters in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Prior to joining P.A. Duffy & Co, Aoibhinn worked in a respected corporate law firm in Dublin, gaining valuable experience in the Irish commercial and legal environment. She has particular knowledge of the Republic of Ireland property market and the legal and practical considerations relevant to clients with property interests in the jurisdiction.

Her experience in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland complements the firm's established Property Law practice. Aoibhinn assists clients with property purchases and sales, transfers of ownership, remortgages, leases and other property-related matters, providing clear and practical advice throughout the transaction.
