Eamonn Corry

Eamonn is a highly experienced commercial solicitor with over three decades of experience advising corporate clients across Northern Ireland.

He studied law at Queen’s University Belfast, graduating in 1990 and qualified as a solicitor in 1992. He began his career training with and practising in a leading Belfast‑based corporate law firm, where he developed a strong foundation in complex transactional and commercial work.

In 1996, Eamonn co‑founded Logan & Corry Solicitors alongside Feargal Logan in Omagh, County Tyrone. Under his leadership, the firm quickly established a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality, commercially focused legal services to a diverse client base, supporting businesses throughout Northern Ireland as they grew, restructured and evolved.

Eamonn advises a broad spectrum of clients on complex corporate transactions and commercial matters, delivering pragmatic, outcome‑driven legal advice grounded in a deep understanding of commercial realities. He has extensive experience leading business acquisitions and disposals across multiple sectors, including the purchase of insurance brokerages, the acquisition and sale of pharmacies, and transactions involving veterinary, dental and GP practices.

He also brings significant expertise in the property and development sector, regularly advising on the acquisition and assembly of sites for large‑scale residential developments, encompassing both private and social housing schemes. His broader commercial practice includes advising on shareholder agreements, contractual disputes and business refinancing, ensuring clients are well positioned to manage risk and capitalise on growth opportunities.

In addition, Eamonn has developed specialist knowledge in the renewable energy sector, with particular experience advising on wind farm projects and navigating the associated regulatory and property considerations. He has also successfully represented clients in complex land and property disputes, safeguarding and enforcing their commercial interests.
