Ellen Hartles

Ellen is a Solicitor in the Property team at P.A. Duffy & Co Solicitors, where she specialises in residential property matters, including sales and purchases, as well as new build developments. She also advises on commercial property transactions, commercial leasing, and aspects of corporate finance, alongside a smaller volume of wills and private client work.

Ellen is a Committee Member of the Law Society Property & Conveyancing Committee, as well as the Law Society New-Build Sub-Group Committee, reflecting her active involvement in the ongoing development and best practice of property law in Northern Ireland.

Ellen graduated from Ulster University, Magee in 2011 with an LLB (Hons) in Law. Prior to qualifying, she gained valuable experience working within a range of financial and legal institutions, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the property and financial sectors. She completed her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2016.
