Hannah McGee

Hannah McGee is a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence team at P.A. Duffy & Co, having joined the firm in 2024. She works alongside experienced practitioners in supporting individuals and families who have been affected by failures in healthcare, providing clear legal advice and compassionate guidance throughout the claims process.

Hannah graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with an LLB (Hons) in Law in 2017 before completing her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. She graduated with Distinction in 2021, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and professional development.

Prior to joining P.A. Duffy & Co, Hannah gained valuable experience working with a number of respected law firms across Northern Ireland, developing a strong foundation in client care, case management, and legal practice. Her experience in busy legal environments has equipped her with a meticulous approach to handling complex matters and delivering a high standard of service to clients.

As part of the firm's Medical Negligence team, Hannah assists clients pursuing claims arising from a wide range of healthcare failures, including delayed diagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, and failures in medical treatment. She understands the significant emotional, physical, and financial impact that medical negligence can have on individuals and their families and is committed to ensuring clients receive the support, advice, and representation they need during what is often a challenging and distressing time.

Known for her approachable manner, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, Hannah is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence.
