Overview
Michelle O'Neill graduated from Queen’s University with a LLB in Law & Accountancy. Michelle continued her training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was awarded the
prestigious Thomasena McKinney Prize as the top apprentice in her year. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2008.
Michelle advises on private client matters with a particular focus on conveyancing, property law, wills and administration of estates. She is committed to delivering the best outcome for her clients with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.
Michelle provides expert guidance on residential and commercial property matter, drafting Wills, preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney, making Controllership Applications, administering estates and Inheritance Tax planning. She also has significant experience in Family Inheritance Provision Claims and resolving disputes arising from poorly drafted wills and/or disappointed beneficiaries. Michelle is passionate about supporting clients through what is often a complex and emotionally challenging time, offering clear advice and compassionate service throughout.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a keen runner and embraces the physical and mental benefits of regular exercise and pushing her personal limits.
