Niamh Curran

Niamh joined P.A. Duffy & Co. Solicitors as a Legal Executive in September 2025, following a 100-hour placement with the firm during her final undergraduate year. She graduated with honours from Queens University Belfast in July 2025 and has since returned to pursue a Masters in International Human Rights Law, while continuing her legal career.

During her studies, Niamh was actively involved in academic and extracurricular initiatives. She served as Social Media Manager for the Queens University Law Journal and sat on the AI in Assessment Committee, contributing to ethical discussions on AI in education. She also completed InnovateHer, a leadership programme aimed at empowering young women through innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership development.

In summer 2024, Niamh attended a month-long summer school at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, exploring topics including social justice, urban design, and healthcare access. Her engagement earned her the Future-Ready Award for participation in both the Belmont programme and InnovateHer.

Outside of work, Niamh enjoys Pilates, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
